Our condolences to the entire Jones family. I've heard so much about Aunt Shorty over the years. She was truly a special person. Let all the wonderful memories live on. Larry and Marianna Barylski

Patty, thank you for the kind words. It has been a hard week for our family, but it is good to hear from an old friend. Hope all is good on your end. Scott

My thoughts and prayers are with the Jones family. I never made the acquaintance of the matriarch to this beautiful family but don't doubt Mrs. Jones was an incredible and loving mother as I spent time with her son Scott who is an incredible person himself and I'm sure this is due to her influence. Rest in peace Mrs. Jones! With loving sympathy, Patty Coleman Carroll, Casper, Wyoming

Memories of our family, friends, childhood and the environment we grew up in contribute to who we are today. One of my most special childhood memories is from Walnut Park where I met the Jones family. The Jones had eight children; and each of the 5 Haselroth kids had a friend in the Jones family. Mrs. Jones was always scurrying about doing what she needed to do, but still found time to allow us to have many sleepovers at the Jones home. Those sleepovers are where I was introduced to chiller diller! There was also roller skating in the Jones basement, and those dance routines Trudy, Robyn, my sister Karen and I performed in the Jones living room. Mrs. Jones always had a smile and always made my family feel welcome in the 46 years I knew her. May God Bless Mrs. Jones. (I just never could call her Bernice!) Love to all the Jones family from the Haselroth family and the Lovellette family. Sue Lovellette
