Gee Marcella (Mickey) we knew this day would come but we never prepare. I have known you since 1982 when I found out that I was carrying Alexis. You would always ask where you calling from now Shelley? I have learned so much from you by listening and watching you.Than you for not letting what went on around us affect our friendship. Love to those left behind from Olivia and I.

To the family of Marcella Weaver. I met Marcella in 1961. I went to the alter to join Samuel Brown Temple AMEZion Church, St. Louis ! Missouri. I was holding my five months old daughter, Neaclesa, Marcella was among the well wishers, who were welcoming me to the church, she was carrying her five months old daughter, Julie,.
Needless to say ,every child that was added to these two families after 1961 had a partner.
Steve and Jocelyn,, Mark and William D, Kevin and LaShanda, all had birth days in the same year. Pat of course did not have a partner so we decided to share him, I am his
Godmother. As the years passed,Marcella and I stood on the side walks selling barbecue to assist with the Church's financing. Usually after church, we would put our children in
A station wagon, we would carry all of them to the Mall. These are memories that I will
never forget, we will always love her and hold in our memories all of the happy times we spent together.Mickey Wes truly a gift of love. I e tend my heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the entire family. Janice H. Anderson and family

To The Family of Marcella Weaver.
The loving soul and joyful memories of the short times shared with Mrs. Weaver will never be forgotten. I am praying that God’s grace will continue to enlighten your way, giving you peace, strength, and increased faith during this very difficult time. My deepest condolences. D. McCloud (Niece of Janice Anderson)
John 14: 1-3 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Psalm 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Words could never fully express how sorry I feel with the passing of Aunt Mickey. I can imagine the sadness that the family is experiencing but know that she is in the hands of God, sharing the joy of heaven with her parents, brother, sisters and sons. I pray for your strength and mercy as you find peace in the memories that rest with you of this wonderful woman. May peace and love be with the entire family.

"Death is not extinguishing the light, it is putting out the lamp because dawn has come."
Phillip, (and all of the Weaver family), I can't tell you how much you're Mom reminded me of my Mom, and of how much I appreciate how much she made me feel like I belonged whenever I was around her and your family. She was a beautiful woman, a wonderful mother and it is no surprise to me that her children and grandchildren have grown up with that same peace and happiness. She is home now, and just as I believe she was joyously greeted by Steve when she arrived, you and Pop, your brothers, sisters and all the grandchildren will be greeted so when that day comes for our turns to go back to our heavenly home. I love you, my brother, and my prayers and tears are with you tonight. May God bless you and keep you all. Lee
