Pamela Sue Caine was born in Topeka, KS on April 25, 1960 a daughter to Billy and Mary (nee Cole) Lay. She died at her rural Hillsboro home on September 2, 2026 at the age of 66. She is survived by her husband Dennis Caine, Hillsboro; her daughter Magan (Michael) Buck, Hillsboro; two grandchildren: Colton and Charley; a sister Laura (Daniel) Otten, Arnold; a brother Allen Lay, Farmington; two sisters in law Sally Lay, Hillsboro and Donnie Eubanks, De Soto and a brother in law Alan (Mary) Caine, De Soto. She is preceded in death by her parents; three sisters: Deborah Lay, Annette Lay and Janet Mendenhall; one brother Stanley Lay and two brothers in law: Larry Mendenhall and Gary Eubanks.
