Virginia Louise Herget was born December 27, 1935 in Fredericktown, MO. She was the daughter of James Arthur and Alva Gladys (nee Whitener) Stevens. She died on April 12, 2023 at her residence in Hillsboro, MO at the age of 87 years. She is survived by her husband, John Andrew “Andy” Herget, Hillsboro, MO; one son, Jerry Herget, Festus, MO and one daughter Carla (Allen) McKay, Festus, MO; four grandchildren, Michael, Ethan, Kelly, and Stephanie; and eleven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Wilma Jewell Berry, Wendell “Keith” Stevens, Cleo “Glendell” Stevens and an infant; and a daughter-in-law, Beverly Herget. As an expression of sympathy memorials to Park View Baptist Church, 1531 Hillcrest Drive, De Soto, MO 63020.
