Sandra Kay Guenther was born on November 26, 1963 a daughter to Jerry and Patricia (nee Solomon) Wickerham. She died at Mercy Hospital-Jefferson on March 21, 2026 at the age of 62. She is survived by her husband Charles “Chop” Guenther, De Soto; her son Robert “Bobbie” (Dani Burch) Guenther, Sr., De Soto; two grandchildren: Robert Guenther, Jr. and Abigail Guenther; three sisters: Karen (Robert) Haverstick, De Soto, Shari (Tony) Wieda, Londell and Donna (John) Reynolds, St. Louis; one brother Joe (Juliette) Wickerham, Pilot Grove, and a brother in law Bobby Shepard. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Joyce Shepard. Sandy had worked as a stitcher for the De Soto She Factory and the Red Wing Shoe Factory. She had also worked for the Chrysler Automobile Manufacturing Plant in Fenton. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Gamel Cemetery.
