Travis Gordon Terry, 56, of DeSoto died June 16, 2026, at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri, surrounded by his family. Born November 23, 1969, Travis was the son of Dean and Judith Terry. Travis graduated from DeSoto High School in 1988, where he played football and baseball. He was known for his robust sense of humor and gregarious nature. He was a skilled pool player and loved sports, music, and spending time with friends. He was employed at Kozzy’s Bar and Grill in DeSoto, Missouri, and put countless smiles on people’s faces throughout his days.

Travis is survived by his daughter, Julia Terry, mother, Judith Terry, sister Deana (Chris) Roland, brother Cody (Jessica) Terry, niece Halle (Ryan) McLaughlin, niece Evelyn Roland and nephew Aidan Roland. He is preceded in death by his father, Dean Alan Terry, and beloved cousin Robert “Bobby” Terry III.
