Charles Eldon Rogers was born in Ware on June 21, 1941 a son to Lola (nee Brown) and Arthur Rogers, Sr. He died at his Dittmer home on the “Rogers Century Farm” on June 13, 2026 at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife Nancy (nee Lewis) Rogers; seven children: Kathy (Neal) Finch, De Soto, John (Mary) Rogers, Dittmer, Jim Rogers, De Soto, Anthony (Cindy) Rogers, De Soto, Kelly (Jason) Knobloch, De Soto, Kristina Rogers Long, De Soto and Sarah (Phil Mittler) Rogers, De Soto; 19 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, one brother Floyd “Bud” Rogers, De Soto and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; one son Eric Coulter; one sister Beverly Carrow; two brothers Frank Rogers and Arthur Rogers, Jr.; a brother in law Norman Carrow and three sisters in law Mary Rogers, Doris Rogers and Joyce Rogers. Charles had retired from the Chrysler automobile manufacturing plant in Fenton and was a member of U.A.W. Local #110. In his retirement he enjoyed working on the family farm.
