Terry Lee Bouska was born October 10, 1953 in Bonne Terre. He was the son of Joseph Ernest and Marjorie Fern “Margie” (nee Williams) Bouska. He died on February 18, 2015 at his residence in De Soto, MO at the age of 61 years. He is survived by his siblings, Bradley (Lorraine) Bouska, Ware and Pamela (Thomas) Bridgewater, Ste. Genevieve; nieces and nephews; Benjamin (Kim) Bouska; Lindsay (Kendal) Dingus; Brandy (Dan Bridges) Turner; Travis (Patricia) Turner; Sara Lalk; Ben (Hanna) Lalk, William (Jennifer) Bridgewater, Angela (Jake ) Shelton, and Senior Airman Jeffrey (Amanda) Bridgewater; numerous great nieces and nephews; his two cats, Bunny and Dulcenia. He is preceded in death by his parents. A graduate of Hillsboro High School, the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism, and the University of Missouri-St. Louis School of Business he owned and operated Bouska Accounting Services. He was the founding member of the St. Louis Metro Singers; Past President De Soto Chamber of Commerce; Past President of Missouri Society of Accountants; former board member of Goldman Fire District;Past President of Independent Accountants Society of Missouri; a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Society of Public Accountants. Pastor Dave Evans will officiate the funeral service. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to: The Open Door Animal Sanctuary or The St. Louis Metro Singers.
