Sandra Ann Paul was born on October 28, 1944 in St. Louis a daughter to Louis and Daisy (nee Eaton) Arndt.  She died at her De Soto home on November 11, 2023 at the age of 79.  She is survived by her daughter Stephanie (John) Kitchell, De Soto; her son Larry Paul, Bonne Terre; three grandchildren: Andrew Kitchell, Matthew (Beth) Kitchell and Amber Harris; two great grandchildren Hudson Kitchell and Haylie Harris; two sisters in law: Rose Arndt and Ellen Arndt and a brother in law Byron Byers.  She is also survived by Lorrie Payne of Pevely who was a very helpful care giver for Sandy.  Sandra is preceded in death by her long time companion John Maness; three sisters: Edith I. “Mitzi” Byers, Muriel (Everett) Rupkey and Mary Jo Arndt; three brothers; Leroy Arndt, Allen “Budz” (Arlene) Arndt and Louis “Duck” Arndt and a step brother Bob (Bert) Arndt.  Sandy had retired from the Kroger Store in De Soto and then went on to work in Medical Billing for Washington University and COMTREA. An avid St. Louis Cardinal Baseball fan she was able to be at Busch Stadium on her birthday when the Cardinals clinched the 2011 World Series.
