Richard A. “Rick” McGougan was born in Bonne Terre on March 18, 1951 a son to Arch and Vera (nee Vivrett) McGougan. He died at Hillcrest Care Center on November 5, 2022 at the age of 71. He is survived by his brother David (Melinda) McGougan, Eureka; three nieces: Lorinda (Brian) Krey, Eureka, Dava (Mark Meyer) McGougan, Ballwin and Leah (David) Poe, Eureka and five great nieces: Hayley, Sydney, Abby, Emma and Kaitlin, a great nephew Andrew, and girlfriend Celia Ramsey. He is preceded in death by his parents.
