Randall Wayne Rulo was born in St. Louis on April 10, 1965. He died on June 10, 2021 at the age of 56. Randy was lead set-up for Production Casting. He could fix just about anything. He enjoyed camping, fishing, riding his four wheeler and especially being with his grandchildren. He was also a faithful member of First Baptist Church-De Soto. He is survived by his wife Kelly (nee DePew) Rulo of De Soto; three children Randall F. (Laura) Rulo, Hematite, Jessica Rector, Lake St. Louis and Daniel (Ashley) Rulo, De Soto; his grandchildren: Isabella, Jacob, Ava, Shailee, Annaliese, Luna, Tayla and one grandchild on the way; a sister Tanya Rulo, Gulf Breeze, FL; a brother John Rulo, Sikeston; and a half sister Mary Ann Keen, Olathe, KS. He is preceded in death by his father Jesse Rulo; his mother Shirley Cameron; a half sister Kathie Heober and a half brother Paul Hinkle.
