Flora Nadine Jones was born September 5, 1931 in De Soto, MO. She was the daughter of Virgil Leslie and Maude Gertrude Bernice (nee Hasse) Armbruster. She died on September 20, 2016 at Scenic View Nursing Facility in Herculaneum, MO at the age of 85 years. She is survived by her son, Dr. Steven (Ruth) Jones, D.D.S, Glasgow, MO; one sister, Jean (the late Robert “Bob”) Sanders, St. Peters, MO; one grandson, James Allan “Jamie” Jones; and goddaughters, Robin and Lacey Warren, Beverly Jean Sanders, and Denise Kaye McGrath. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James Robert “Bob” Jones, and one godson, Robert Wilburn Sanders. She was a school teacher at Sacred Heart and Potosi School District; also worked at State Bank of De Soto. She was a member of Mt. Olive United Methodist Church, De Soto, MO.
