I loved Jim (Leonard) very much and I am so happy I got to see him 6 days before his passing. He was the best father-in-law anyone could have and I feel that I was extemely lucky to have Jim as my "second dad".
I will miss him.

It was an honor and privilege to know and work with Jim. Jim was one of the most respectful and honest people I have known. If he did not have a good word to say about something or someone, he said nothing at all. If he sensed something was not going well, he would come in and counsel me from time to time. After he retired, I looked forward to his weekly visits. I loved his dry humor and his diverse interests; NASCAR, classical music, nurturing, and politics. I will cherish the memories.
