Larry was older than me, but his contributions to many of the youth in De Soto are anchored in the music of the Corsairs and the MoJo's. Thank goodness I grew up with live music at the KC hall and Bell Acres Pool.

I will definitely miss Larry. We were members of the Jefferson County Photo Club together. He was one of the nicest men I have ever met. If you ever met Larry, you liked him. His photography was phenomenal!

Larry and I go back to the very beginning. We started our first bands together when we were 12 years old. If you were a musician you knew Larry as Woody. Can't remember a time I didn't call him Woody. Man we had some times. Woody was a wonderful musician. Could play most anything. I was always proud of him because he knew he needed to step back and go to work to provide for his family. I never did that and went on a course of playing music my whole life professionally and still do. Woody I am going to miss your terribly. Just saw you at one of my gigs. The world just will not be the same. I love you man, be at peace..
