Kevin Michael Skaggs was born on August 20, 1954. He was the son of Arthur B. Skaggs and Juanita Fay (nee Wigger) Skaggs Hallmark. He died on November 30, 2020 at his home at the age of 66.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Skaggs of De Soto; son, Brandon Skaggs of Chicago; and daughter, Shannon Skaggs of De Soto; sister-in-law, Carey Skaggs of Virginia; and brother-in-law, Henry Iddings of Virginia; and mother-in-law, Bernieth King.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his step-father, Bob Hallmark; brother, Terry Skaggs; sister, Janet Iddings; and his father-in-law, Arthur King.
Kevin managed Pogolino’s for many years, then worked for Hamel & Rowe. After retiring from Chrysler he returned to Hamel & Rowe; and most recently was employed at Hobson Lumber Company. He was a member of the Church of Christ of Festus.
