Judith Ann “Judy” Speidel was born in De Soto on July 24, 1947 a daughter to Leonard and Pauline (nee Erny) Christopher. She died on July 6, 2022 at Missouri Baptist Hospital at the age of 74. She is survived by two sons: Chris (Sandy Farris) Speidel, Festus and Tim (Maria) Speidel, Hillsboro; three grandchildren: Amber, Saeley, and Isaac; two great grandchildren: Skylynn and Kinsley; her sister Betty Cresswell; two sisters in law Joyce Christopher and Pam (Bill) Hart; three brothers in law John Speidel, Gary (Kathy) Speidel and Rick Speidel and her dear friend and traveling companion Jerry Emry. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband James A. “Jim” Speidel, one sister Patsy A. (Terry) Howard and two brothers: Richard “Dick” Christopher, Sr. and Jim (Mildred “Mimi”) Christopher.
