James Pashea was born on January 20, 1954 in Tiff a son to Roy John and Stella Theresa (nee Boyer) Pashea. He died on March 3, 2022 at the age of 68. He is survived by his daughter Melanie Pashea of Fenton; his son Jessey Pashea of De Soto; three grandchildren: Maddison (Tyler) Johnson, Emma Pashea, and Benjamin Pashea; a great grandson Oakley; seven sisters: Rose (the late Tom) Ravenscraft, Winfield, Margie (the late John) Grovero, St. Louis, Patricia “Patty” (Wayne) Culley, Nixa, Carolyn (the late Charles) Courtaway, Mehlville, Delores (Paul) Patterson, De Soto, Audrey Rutledge, De Soto and Rhonda (Gil) Brooks, Ocala FL. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother Richard Roy Pashea whose wife Theresa survives living in Cadet. A truck driver he had owned and operated Jim Pashea Trucking. In his spare time he enjoyed being outdoors, especially running his boat on the Meremac River.
