Hilda Yvonne “Toot” Johnson, 88 of Dittmer, MO died September 30, 2024 at her home. She was born June 15, 1936 in St. Louis, MO a daughter to the late Fred Costello Sr. and Susie Viola (nee Hull) Costello. She is survived by three daughters, Elaine Sue Johnson, Dittmer, MO; Donna Lee Johnson, Dittmer, MO and Nancy Jean (Harold, Jr.) Wickerham, Dittmer, MO; one son, Pete Edwin (Sherry) Johnson, Hillsboro, MO; two grandsons, Travis James Johnson, Hillsboro, MO and William Eugene “Bill” (Jennifer) Wickerham, Dittmer, MO; one great-grandson, Mason Johnson, Hillsboro, MO; nephew, Kelly Bradshaw, Dittmer, MO; sister-in-law, Barbara Johnson, De Soto, MO and several nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, James Edwin Johnson; siblings, Helen Bradshaw, Marilyn Dodson, Jim Costello, Fred Costello, Jr., William Costello and step-brothers, Ralph Boyer and Eddie Boyer. Hilda was a homemaker.
