Eric, Kevin and family, So sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. I always looked forward to Tuesday when your dad and mom volunteered at the Sheriffs office. Lunch time was the best ! Ice cream! Your dad shared stories ,memories of his life and so did your mom. It’s hard to talk about your dad without talking about your mom too. They were very proud of the both of you. I’m so glad I got to know them. They were the best.

Gerald and Ed were friends in grade school, high school, Marines and for a time at Union Electric too. While Ed died in 2015, I stayed in contact with both Gerald and Winona and we often talked of happy times throughout our marriages and with our families. My prayers and love to Eric and Kevin. May all your families hold dear the many memories of two very special people.

Eric, Kevin and Families, We are so saddened at the loss of Uncle Gerald and want to express our deepest sympathy to one and all. He was truly a remarkable man: an incredible worker; a huge intellect; a great patriot; a mentor; a stern but compassionate father and uncle - all encased in a sharp wit and grand sense of humor. We miss him so! I'm very sorry to be out of town working during yet another family funeral. I wish I could be there to hug each one and share in all the fond memories. We Love You all!!! Rest in Peace together Uncle Gerald and Aunt Non

Our deepest sympathy to the family. Jerry was always great to work with and a great help any time we needed it. He used to kid me (Karen) by asking what I broke now (I had a way of plugging ash lines. lol) He amazed Jeff with his ability to weld things that others wouldn't even try. He was truly a great man.
