Genevieve Ann “Genny” Brown was born November 20, 1998 in Crystal City, MO. She was the daughter of Joe and Christy (nee Mathis) Brown of Festus, MO. She passed on January 8, 2018 at the age of 19 years. She is survived by her parents; brothers, Archer Brown, Victoria, MO and Joe Joe Brown, II, Victoria, MO; grandparents, Linda Bradford, Victoria, MO and Craig Mathis, Arnold, MO; great-grandparents, Theodore “Buck” and Judith Bradford, Victoria, MO; and her boyfriend, Kampris “Kam” Daniel, Carrollton, GA. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred Brown and Jettie Mathis; great-grandparents, Grady & Paulene Mathis; Floyd & Genevieve Self; and John & Fronie Brown. She was a graduate of Hillsboro High School and currently enrolled at UMSL. Genny was a heavy equipment mechanic in the U.S. Army Reserve.
