Fredia Elizabeth Walther was born on May 10, 1929 in Fertile, MO. She was the daughter of John E. and Mary (nee Bequette) Missey. She died on July 23, 2014 at Hillcrest Care Center in De Soto, MO at the age of 85.
She is survived by her sons, Charles (Ruthie) Walther of Blackwell and Terry (Lillian) Walther of De Soto; grandchildren, Russell, Andrew, Christina, Danny, Brian, Scott, Jamie, Annette, and Michelle; 18 great grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; 3 step great great grandchildren; brothers, Joseph “Junior” Missey of Cadet, Clifford “Earl” Missey of Hillsboro, Joseph “Eddie” Missey of De Soto, and Theresa Eckhoff of Cadet.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harry Walther; one daughter, Linda Darlene Head; one son, John Raymond Walther; granddaughter, Heather Walther; great grandchildren, Brandi Bridger, Micah Gibson, and Natasha Pankey; siblings, Joseph Everett Missey, Joesph Melvin “Sam” Missey, Joseph “Peg” Missey, Joseph “Milton” Missey, Joseph “Ivan” Missey, John Missey, Leona Wilkerson, and Stella Missey.
