David Wayne Bourbon was born November 10, 1980 in Crystal City, MO. He was the son of Frank James and Della (nee Elsey) Bourbon. He died on January 17, 2024 at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO at the age of 43 years. He is survived by his siblings, Jeneen (Brian) McEntire, Farmington, MO; Jason (Trish) Bourbon, De Soto, MO; Brian (Josh Lynn) Bourbon, Leesburg, FL; and Frank (Allison) Bourbon, Jr., Potosi, MO; nieces and nephews, Mark McEntire, Madi McEntire, Brad (Donnika) McEntire, Landon Bourbon, Chase Bourbon, Nicole Bourbon, and Alex Bourbon; one great nephew Emerson McEntire; his step-mother, Karen Bourbon, Potosi, MO; step-sister, Adrianne (Jarrod) Logsden, Potosi, MO; step-brother, Jason (Barb) Wells, Potosi, MO; and step-brother, Chris (Laura) Wells, Potosi, MO and their children, Kallee Logsden, Kendall Logsden, William Wells, Robert Wells, Shannon Wells, and Cooper Wells. He is preceded in death by his parents.
