Dale Lintner was born on October 18, 1936 in Perryville, MO. He was the son of Edwin & Katherine (Hoehn) Lintner. He died on October 2, 2021 at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton, IL at the age of 84.
He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth (Scott) Buerck of Patton, MO; step-daughter, Beverly Kohlmeyer of Cadet, MO; step-son, Chester Grimes of Houston, TX; grandchildren, Meghan Whaley of Cadet; Cassie Whaley of Clayton; and Amber Shelton of Pevely; great grandchildren, Anthony, Jesse, Caleb, Michael Jr., Noah, Presley, and Bowie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Kathy (nee Trice) Lintner; step-daughter, Shelly Brandon; step-sons, Leslie Grimes and Randy Grimes; and siblings, Nelda Hennemann, Donald Lintner, Harlan Lintner, and Darriell Lintner.
Dale served in the United States Navy, was retired from the General Motors Assembly Plant in Wentzville and a member of UAW #2250.
