Blake Austin Guenther was born on August 20, 2004 in Farmington, MO. He was the son of Casey Guenther and Samantha (nee Bequette) Jarvis. He died on February 3, 2026 in St. Louis, MO at the age of 21.
Blake is survived by his parents, Casey (Christina) Guenther of Belgrade, MO and Samantha (nee Bequette) (Shane) Jarvis of Cadet, MO; his Nana, Shirley Johnson of Fletcher; half-siblings, Ciera Guenther, Michael Coleman, Jessica Hill, Heather Bequette, and Liam Jarvis; and step-siblings, Kayla Smith, Alexis Smith and Austin Smith.
