My name is Marvil Hawkins. I did not know Barbara well, but I have been a FRIEND to the Matthes family for many years. I knew her brother, Ray & Carole very well, and I knew their parents and especially her Mother. They have been a wonderful family and are well known and liked in the De Soto area, and so many members of our First Baptist Church loved this whole family! My thoughts and prayers are with Ray, Carole and their family during this time. My wife, Melba and I now live in Oklahoma.
