- Visitation: Sunday, November 22, 2020 from Noon until 2:30 pm at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home
- Service: Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 2:30 pm from the Dietrich-Mothershead Chapel officiated by Jimmie Turner
- Interment: Monday November 23, 2020 at 12:45 pm at the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. The funeral procession will form at 11:45 am at the Dietrich-Mothershead Fuenral Home
Wanda L. “Penny” Prince was born in Loveland, CO on August 21, 1931 a daughter to Ivan and Rachel (nee Harrod) Hudson. She died at Mercy Hospital-Jefferson on November 16, 2020 at the age of 89. Penny drove a school bus for the Hillsboro R-III School District and was past President and volunteer with the Hillsboro Food Pantry. She is survived by her children: Valerie (Doug) McKechan, St. Louis, Robert (Chrissy) Prince, Hillsboro, and Julia Anderson, Hillsboro; her grandchildren: Jake, Jordan, Jack, Leah, Darren, Hunter, Brayden, and Chelsea; two great grandsons, Oliver and Graeme; half sisters: Blanche and Margaret and half brothers: Wayne, Willard and James. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: James R. “Jim” Prince; a half sister Betty; half brothers: Ennes and Richard; step sisters: Ivie, Vercie, Nola, Revah, and Hester and step brothers Everett, Johnnie, and Enos. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Hillsboro Food Pantry, P.O. Box 168, Hillsboro, MO 63050.
