Sandra A. Culpepper was born in St. Louis on May 20, 1946 a daughter to William Dwight and Nellie Eleanore (nee Kerckhoff) Schubel. She died at her Festus residence on February 18, 2017 at the age of 70. Sandra was a retired administrative assistant from the Office of Chief Counsel of the IRS in St. Louis and a member of Connection Worship Center in Pevely. She is survived by three children: Laura (Randy) Cole, Festus, Heath Besand, Hillsboro, and Andrea Culpepper, Hillsboro; eight grandchildren: Brett and Abby Cole, Jade and Brandon Hicks, Melody Culpepper, Jacob, Andrew and Kyle Besand, one sister: Brenda Weihl and many friends and family. She is preceded in death by her parents. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Kerckhoff Family Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund.
