He is survived by his parents, Russell Sr. and Karen Smith of St. Louis, MO; his wife, Sally Jo Clark, four children, Emma & Lillian Smith of De Soto, MO, and Alyssa & Gage Smith Brockman of St. Louis, MO; Three siblings, Joshua (Shelly) Smith of St. Louis, MO; Jennifer (Joe) Fortner of Jackson, MO; and Jessica Smith of St. Louis; grandparents, Emma Hayes of Portageville, MO; and J.H. Wood of St. Louis, MO.
He was preceded in death by two children, Alyhia & Ethan Smith.
