(Jim) Daniels, De Soto, MO; Nathan “Nate” Chapman, Potosi, MO; and Russell (Jessica Wicker) Chapman, Jr., Potosi, MO; grandchildren, Taylor, Matthew, Maddox, Mathew, Billy, Austin, Maddie, and Gavin; siblings, Charles R. “Chuck” Chapman, Jr., New York, New York; Pat Holt, De Soto, MO; William R. “Bill” Chapman, Fenton, MO; Alice Suiter, De Soto, MO; Robert “Bob” Chapman, Arnold, MO; Harold Chapman, Virginia; Judith Jackson, De Soto, MO; Charlene Wougamon, Murphysboro, IL; and Arlene Parton, De Soto, MO; and his girlfriend, Betty Buchanan, De Soto, MO and her family. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Ann (nee Wilfong) Chapman; one son-in-law, Kevin Mabery; one sister, Mary Northcutt; and one brother, Ronald Chapman. Russ worked for the De Soto Police Department; Code Enforcement Officer for Jefferson County; and Maintenance Supervisor for Jefferson Memorial Hospital.
