Robert “Bob” Richard Wilson was born April 23, 1942. He was the son of Cleophus “Jack” and Wanda M. (nee Stewart) Wilson. He died on September 25, 2019 at Crystal Oaks Rehabilitation Facility in Crystal City, MO at the age of 77. He is survived by his daughters, Brenda (Mike) Werle, Richwoods, MO and Cathy (James “Jimmy”) Newton, De Soto, MO; a sister-in-law Ethel Wilson, De Soto; siblings, Alice (the late Jake) Dufrenne, De Soto, MO; Frank Wilson, De Soto, MO; Betty (the late Karl) Spurgin, De Soto, and Steve (Terri) Wilson, De Soto, MO; grandchildren, Nicollette Christine Werle, Brandon Michael Werle, Domenic James Newton, and Kantada Lyn Newton. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, William “Bill”  Wilson. Bob was a veteran having served in the United States Army, had retired as a machinist from McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft; he served as a volunteer firefighter for De Soto Rural Fire Department; and was a member of the Luckey Baptist Church.
