Vance and I are praying for you, Aunt Elsie and family, at this time. We have some wonderful memories of you and Uncle Bob when you shared your precious time together visiting us in Florida. The "boys" will never forget the riddles told by Uncle Bob on the trip to Lucy Ho's in Tallahassee. (I'm smiling now.) Vance and I often think about the Civil War memorabilia found in Hawaii! ( Laughing out loud once again!) Love you and Uncle Bob so very much!!

Our family and church are praying for our dear Aunt Elsie and Uncle Bob's family at this difficult time. God bless you all; Uncle Bob was a kind and meek man who always impressed me with his quiet knowledge of our Nation's history and with a fine grasp of Her founding principles.

He was my first boss and a friend from the first day. A very nice considerate generous loving man.

Even though he wasn't our "Uncle" for a long time, to me he was still Uncle Bob. He was a kind man who loved to have my family out for watermelon almost every weekend when we were small. Our community has lost a wonderful man who always cared for his town. My prayers are with his wife, Elsie, and his children.
