Ray was such a kind man. We shared grandchildren, Miles and Emily, as Melissa is married to our son Jay. We spent wonderful times together when we visited the kids in Springfield the past few years. Ray's Godly kindness was so evident when our son Jay was so ill with Covid as Ray came to Springfield to help us prepare for the unknown future with Melissa. Ray often provided that little glimpse of faith and hope for Jay's recovery. We will never forget him and we know that Heaven is a much better place with him there. Our love to Denine.. Tom and Debbie Martinez, Longmont, Colorado.

I grew up in church with Raymond. We were in band together in High School. He was a good friend, a good person. We ran into each other from time to time and would catch up. He played piano from a young age. I always called him my \"honkey tonk piano player\". RIP my friend. Give everybody up there a big hug for me.
