Phyllis was a great woman to help out and be a part of her life. Of my short time at Benchmark, she was one of the most memorable. RIP dear Phyllis.

Phyllis smith was living at benchmark Healthcare. Of festus i was one. Of many cna's that took care of her. My thoughts an prayers are with her family an friends.
