Pamela Lucille Lucas McNeely was born in Lebanon, TN on July 7, 1947 a daughter to Valentine and Emma (nee Babcock) Lucas. She died at Missouri Baptist Hospital on October 13, 2020 at the age of 73. She is survived by her husband Joe McNeely, De Soto; two children: Jarred (Heidi) McNeely, Commerce City, CO and Valarie (Benjamin) Nielson, Byrnes Mill; three grandchildren: Zachary Ring, Emmalea McNeely, and Eli McNeely; two sisters: Barbara (Larry) Brown and Patti Hill; one brother Michael (Joanna) Lucas. and several nieces and nephews. Pam had received her Bachelor’s Degree from Henderson State College and her Master’s Degree from Webster University. She taught for nearly forty years, teaching mathematics at De Soto and Grandview High Schools and G.E.D. Preparation at Jefferson College. She was a member of the MSTA and P.E.O. and enjoyed sewing pillow cases and making dolls for foster children support groups.
