Oliver Lee “Bud” Tramel was born on May 8, 1944 in Colquitt, GA a son to Oscar “Shug” and Willie Dee (nee Toole) Tramel.  He died June 9, 2012 at the Jefferson Regional Medical Center at the age of 68.  He is survived by his wife of 45 years: Joan T. (nee Foppe) Tramel, Festus; one son: Bob (Gayle) Harlan, Fenton; four daughters Penny (Brian) Alphine, Lee’s Summit, Lynn (Mason) Wann, Barnhart, Tammy (John) Hardin, Festus, and Denise (Kevin Benton) Phelps, Festus:; fifteen grandchildren; five great -grandchildren, one sister: Dorothy Tramel, three brothers Eskar Tramel, Tony Tramel, and Jerry Tramel.  He is preceded in death his parents; one granddaughter: Molly Hardin;  two sisters: Vera Mae Greene and Mari Emma Tramel; and two brothers: James “J.T.” Tramel and Tillman Tramel,  He had worked as a manager for Clark Oil in St. Louis and for Cedar Trails Community as a maintenance man.  John Kuykendall will officiate the funeral service.  As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
