He is survived by wife, Jacqueline (nee Burpo) Scott, De Soto, MO; sons, Karl (Carol) Scott, De Soto, MO, Rick (Mary Kay) Scott, St. Louis, MO, Gary (Sue) Scott, Columbia, MO, Dan (Carolyn) Scott, De Soto, MO, and daughter, Karen (John) Robinson, De Soto, MO; sisters, Wilma White, North Bend, OR and Shirley Hayes, Festus, MO; 10 grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Kenneth Scott; siblings, Wanda Wamsganz, Mary Worley, Evelyn Shrum, and Carl Scott. Marvin was a member of the First Baptist Church, De Soto, MO. Memorials may be given to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
