Mother, it's been six months since you joined Daddy & your family in heaven. It seems surreal to think that I can't just come visit you any more, but I will never forget how beautiful you looked, even in death. That is my comfort. Thank you for all the gorgeous prom dresses, for all the years you worked, to give your "girls" nice things, for the sacrifices you made for our families (your grandchildren) and for the wonderful memories you created for them. They still talk about the birthday party, that looked like Christmas & the living room full of paper, boxes & gifts on Christmas Eve. I miss you "Momma"!

I remember her well from my childhood. My Mom and her graduated together and are next to each other in the class picture. I'm so sorry she has passed.

All of her daughters family's would get together every Christmas and I remember that she hid our Christmas presents like they were Easter baskets. It never seemed weird because she always did it. As long as I can remember. We had to go find them in the bedrooms... they weren't under the tree. A very cherished memory. I love you Grandma. Rest in Peace.

So many fun memories but none stand out as fondly as Christmas at your house when I was a little girl. Thank you Grandma for all that you are in each of us. Until we see each other again someday, I love you BIG! Stephanie
