Margaret “Peggy” Johnston was born in De Soto on January 15, 1928 a daughter to Nathan and Katie (McKillin) Luther. She died March 3, 2015 at the Hillcrest Care Center at the age of 87. She is survived by her sister Catherine Luther, De Soto, and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Roscoe Johnston; four sisters: Gladys Radcliff, Helen Shea, Evelyn Coleman, and Ruth Marie Luther; and three brothers: Robert Luther, Walter Luther, and Lloyd Joseph Luther. Rev. Fr. Alexander Anderson will celebrate the funeral mass.
