Loretta Kay Fox was born July 6, 1952 in Arnold, MO a daughter to Lowell and Eva (nee Burns) Wisdom. On July 18, 1970 she married Riley Fox in Ellington, MO and to this union two daughters were born. She died March 29, 2009 at her home near De Soto at the age of 56.
She is survived by her mother, her husband, daughters Tammra (Nathan) White and Shannon (Chris) Brock, both of De Soto; five grandsons Curtis and Steven White and Adam, Travis, and C.J. Brock; brother Ron (Judy) Wisdom of South County, and sister Janet (Jerry) Faigle of Mehlville. She was preceded in death by her father. Mrs. Fox worked as the office manager for Jefferson County Parks and Recreation and enjoyed the outdoors. The service will be officiated by Ted Wisdom.
