Loretta Mae Horridge was born in Festus on February 26, 1937 a daughter to William and Stella (nee Richardson) Waters. She died at her De Soto home on December 10, 2016 at the age of 79. She is survived by two daughters: Brenda McCurdy, De Soto and Sharon WIlson, Sand Springs, OK; one son: Timothy Knapp, De Soto; eight grandchildren: Timothy Knapp, II, Amy Knapp, Kristie Armstrong, Billy (Karen) Merseal II, Mikael (Penny) Merseal, Brandon Rose McCurdy, Douglas (Ashley) McCurdy, and Jacob (Makayla) Wilson; eleven great-grandchildren: Mariah, Mary, Chanze, Shaine, Jayden, Billy, Chloe, Tobin, Cloe, Raegan, and Carter; one great-great-grandchild: Micah; and one sister-in-law: Helen Waters, Festus. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Fayne Dale Horridge; one daughter: Cynthia Merseal; four sisters: Jerry Garrett and her husband Ralph, Betty Swayers, Wilma Boyer and her husband Fabian, and Mary Faulkner; and two brothers: William “Budgie” Waters,and Paul Waters, Steve Ringling will officiate the funeral service
