Leota A. “Lea” Wilson was born in De Soto on August 25, 1933 a daughter to Cecil E. “Pat” and Beatrice “Faye” (nee Boston) Vivrett.  She died at her Festus home on November 21, 2018 at the age of 85.  She is survived by two daughters: Kim (Randy) Koogler, Festus and Deborah “Debbie” (Ric) Miller, Champaign, Il; a daughter-in-law: Jeanette Wilson, Pevely; six grandchildren: Brandan Miller, Joshua (Toni) Miller, Brian (Christina) Wilson, Stephanie (Joe) Rose, Jason (Lori) Koogler, and Jessie (Emily) Koogler; great-grandchildren: Owen, Dylan, Greg, Carter, Gracelynn, Micah, Isaiah, Madison, Maci-Joe, Miabella, Mallory, Marilyn and Reagan Dale who is due in December; two sisters: Rita Mason, Festus and Cecilia King, Sullivan.  She is preceded in death by her husband: Donald M. Wilson, Sr; one son: Donald M.”Butch” Wilson, Jr.; two sisters: Jackie Pitzer and Patsy Vivrett; and one brother: Vern Vivrett.  Mrs. Wilson worked as a legal secretary for Sam Richeson, Will Dearing, and Kurt Breeze.  Her High School classmate Rev.
