Judy Gay Carrow of De Soto was born on September 20, 1943 in Couch, MO one of the five children of Mada (nee Hall) and Rolla Fraley, Sr. She passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. She was united in holy matrimony to Charles “Charlie” Carrow. Judy was a retired employee of Value City, Grandpa’s, and Mideast Area Agency on Aging. She dedicated her life to helping others. Judy enjoyed traveling, watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball, and reading. Her favorite memories are those that she spent with her family, including her fur babies. She didn’t have much, but always had something to give. Judy was preceded in death by her parents Mada and Rolla Fraley, Sr., her husband, Charlie, her brother, Gene and her son, Tim. She is survived by her daughter, Jane (Chuck) Kontsas, her son, Charles (Katie) Taylor, her son Jason (Carrie) Sedivec, and son Jim Carrow. She is also survived by three brothers, Julius, Dan and Rolla Jr. And her 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. The family would like to the thank the St. Louis Cancer Center, Mercy Hospital and Mercy Hospice Care for the exceptional care they provided her. Judy will always be remembered as “Charlie’s Judy” and will be forever missed
