Hazel V. Robertson was born June 4, 1914 in Ellington, MO a daughter to George S. and Mary (nee Skaggs) Brooks. She died Sept. 14, 2010 at the Charlevoix Healthcare Center in St. Charles, MO at the age of 96. She is survived by one son Gene Bales of O’Fallon, MO; one sister Velma Brown of Corning, Ark.; three grandchildren Sherry (Lee) Korth, Dawn Bales, and Shawn Bales; 5 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Everett Robertson; and four siblings Myrity Gilligan, Bert Brooks, Ruth Scott, and Doris Stroud.
