Gwendolyn Carole Scott was born January 15, 1945 in De Soto, MO. She was the daughter of Alvin “Glen” and Gladys (nee Rogers) Watson. She died on July 30, 2023 at her residence in De Soto, MO at the age of 78 years. She is survived by her daughter, Amy Scott, Imperial, MO; two sons, William Scott, Caseyville, IL and Lance Scott, St. Ann, MO; one step-daughter, Rochelle Bringer, Crystal City, MO; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Bryan) Jones; Blake Ball; Haley Reid; Casey Reid; and Melody Reid; great-grandchildren, Amelia Boothe; Austin and Alexandria Jones; Caleb, Grayson,  and Sophia Bringer; Wesley Scott; Aayla Reid; Charlotte Reid; and Keegan Ball; one brother, Jim Watson, De Soto, MO; and partner, Fred D. Mayfield, De Soto, MO. She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Keith Scott and three brothers, Gary, Alvin, and Tim Watson. Gwendolyn retired as a cashier at Festus Wal-Mart.
