Frances Ann Foster was born on June 4, 1942 in Morley, MO. She was the daughter of Billy & Eathel (nee Vaughn) Stanley. She died on August 9, 2021 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson at the age of 79.
She is survived by her children, Todd Eaker of St. Louis, MO; Paul Eaker of De Soto, MO; Daniel (Melanie) Eaker of Hillsboro, MO; and Rebekah Eaker of Imperial, MO; stepchildren, Gary (Juanita) Foster of House Springs, MO; Glen Foster of High Ridge, MO; Kelly (Kathy) Foster of Sullivan; Marsha (Bob) Stugeon of Indiana and Fred Ubbenga or Indiana; grandchildren, Joshua Eaker, Tallitha Eaker, Sierra Eaker, Krista Williams, Joey Smith, Amanda Poyner, Bobby Lee, Danika Eaker, Melina Eaker, Elisabeth Eaker, Robbie, Danielle, Sean, and Lonnie; great grandchildren, Cameron, Carter, Brendan, Jasper, Tyler, Sarah, Samantha, Sabrina, Rori, Drew, Page, Brady, Gabe, Skylar, and Alexis; her sister, Brenda Stanley of Morley, MO.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband Vopel Foster, her parents, her son & daughter-in-law Cord (Carla) Eaker and one sister, Linda Stanley. Frances was a member of the Hillsboro Lions Club where she served as club service chair and helped with the planning of the floats.; she was also a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Cedar Hill.  As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to The Lions Club, P.O.
