Florence Adele Ball was born October 3, 1930 in St. Charles, MO. She was the daughter of William Theodore and Martha (nee Walthaus) Bova. She died on September 27, 2021 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO at the age of 90 years. She is survived by her son, Tim J. Ball, De Soto, MO; one sister, Genevieve Dretta (the late Joseph, II) Johnson; nieces Myra Johnson, Barbara Shipper, and Billie Jean Bova; one nephew, Joseph E. Johnson, III; grandchildren, Angela M. Ball, St. Louis, MO and Justin (Carolin) Ball Toews, Coconut Grove, FL; great-grandchildren, Mercede Lynn Guffey, Jermaine N. Beasley, and Joli Olivia Toews; great-great grandchild, Nia Jay Cumpton; daughters-in-law, Maureen (Pete) Toews, Boynton Beach, FL and Susie Ball, West Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earnest Clinton Ball; two daughters, Beth Ball and Linda Adams; two sons, Ronald Elvis Ball and Byron Thomas Ball; grandchildren, Arissa Bova Ball and Clinton Thomas Ball; and great-granddaughter, Kioni Shores; one brother, William Theodore (Nettie Jean) Bova and one sister, Evelyn (Mick) Tainter.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Louis Children’s Hospital in memory of cherished grandchildren, Arissa Bova Ball and Clinton Thomas Ball.
