Evelyn Sumrow was born on May 28, 1925 in Blackwell, MO. She was the daughter of Joseph & Cora Dell (nee Hopkins) Warden. She died on June 21, 2009 at Baisch Nursing Center in De Soto, MO at the age of 84.
She is survived by two daughters, Betty (Ken) Couch of Steelville, MO; and Peggy (Bob) Walker of Hillsboro, MO; one son, Jerry (Susan) Sumrow Sr. of De Soto, MO; two brothers Leonard & Walter (Mary) Warden both of De Soto, MO; five grandchildren, Billy Couch, Jeannie (Tracy) White, Robert (Kim) Walker II, Jerry Sumrow Jr., & Angela (J.R.) Crafton; and four great grandchildren, Jessica White, Michael & Elizabeth Crafton, and Taylor Robinson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Ray, Newman, Cloyd, and Annie Warden and sister-in-law, Mary Warden .
