Evelyn D. Seiler was born in Opelicka, AL on October 28, 1967 a daughter to Jimmie and Melanie (nee Prescott) Hodnett. She died at her Fletcher home on December 7, 2022 at the age of 55. She is survived by her parents who live in Newnan, GA; her husband Ken G. Seiler, Fletcher; three children: Amber (Jeremy) Gann, Robertsville, Adam (Jennifer) Childers, Macomb, IL and Jeremy (Sarah) Childers, Potosi; three bonus daughters: Molly (Samantha “Sam” Kern) Seiler, St. Louis, Tracy (Colton) Jones, Newnan, GA and Emily Seiler, Atlanta, GA; seven grandchildren: Jayden, Emmett, Carson, Hannah, Oliver, Beth and Lila; four sisters: Karen Calhoun, Mary Ann Pitts, Susan Primavera and Sandy Thompson and three brothers: Stan Hodnett, Jody Hodnett and Danny Markward. She is preceded in death by two sisters: Kathy Stinchcomb and Linda Smith. A graduate of Newnan (GA) High School Evelyn had worked as an accountant and agent for the Susan Daigle State Farm Insurance Agency.
