She is survived by her children, Sandra “Sandy” (Mike) Haley, Liberty, MO, Mike (Stephanie) Harper, Cadet, MO, Penny Harper, Henderson, AR, Jeff Harper, Richland, WA, Chris (Pat) Harper, Prairie Village, KS, Libby (Jason) Lee, Bakersfield, CA; one sister, Juanita Dedmon, Fairview Heights, IL; numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews; she is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence James “Red” Harper, Jr; one son, Mark Harper, one daughter, Judy Aden; and one sister, Nadine Parks. Eula was a member of the First Baptist Church, De Soto, MO.
