Eric Lee Huskey was born on October 25, 1957 in Crystal City a son to Walter “Jiggs” and Fay “Mickey” (nee Tyner) Huskey. He died on April 2, 2022 at Mercy Hospital South at the age of 64. He is survived by his wife Helaine (nee Ramo) Huskey of De Soto; one daughter Lindsey (Jessie) Huskey, De Soto; one granddaughter Harper Huskey; three sisters: Darlene Huskey, De Soto, Pauline Gorman, Fredericktown and Carlen (Flavin) Spruell, De Soto; two brothers: Alfred “Buggs” (Kay) Huskey, De Soto and Brian (Becky) Johnson, De Soto; a sister in law Mary Ann Huskey, De Soto; mother in law Anna Ramo, De Soto and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother Gary Huskey; father in law Alfred Ramo; and two nephews: Christopher Gorman and Johnathan Wilson. Eric had retired as a material handler for Sachs Electric and was a member of I.B.E.W. Local #1.
